Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed below. Thank you!

Service and Rights

• Final piece is for personal use only.
• You most not claim the art as yours and give credit to the original artist.
• I will retain rights to the finished products to use as examples of my work. You will grant me a license to use your character to create and promote the final piece.
• You may ask for the piece to remain private.
• You may ask to remain anonymous in case I publish the piece for promotional purposes.

Payment

• Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal with the Family and Friends option.
• Payment is required only after the sketch is finished and approved by you. The piece will be finished after your payment.
• Tips will make me cry ;> ♥

Art Edits and Changes

• You may request 3-4 major changes during the sketchwork phase. These changes may include the following:
  • Body size
  • Pose adjustments
  • Facial expression
  • etc.
• Mistakes and things I have missed will be corrected by me at any stage and at no additional cost if you point them out
• Simple changes to your character design (like earrings or colors) may be added at no additional cost depending on the complexity
• Larger changes may be subject to an additional payment on my own terms after lining and/or coloring.

Time Estimate

• Waiting times will vary. An estimated time frame will be given in your personal quote.
• It may take up to 4 weeks to finish the final piece.
• I will inform you of my progress regularly unless you ask me not to.
• Please do not ask for updates repeatedly. I will inform you once I have progress to show.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Both parties have a right to cancel the commission for any reason at any time.
• If I choose to cancel the commission I will provide a full refund no matter the progress.
• If you choose to cancel you will receive a partial refund based on the type of commission and its progress. Refer to the refund table below for details.

Partial Refunds

This table shows the extent of the partial refund that you will receive in case you cancel the commission. It is based on the type and progress of the piece.

Additional information

• Additional characters may be added to the same art piece for an extra charge of 75 % of the type. (like full body, bust, head, etc.)
• Backgrounds made from simple shapes cost 5 USD. Solid color backgrounds or additional shapes are included for free.
• You must verify using an ID card or driver's license that you are at least 18 years old for NSFW commissions. At the moment I do not take NSFW commissions.
